5 Cocktails You Need To Celebrate Labor Day Weekend

Cucumber Smash

Refreshing and simple. If you like gin, you’ll love this drink!
Ingredients:
2 cucumber slices
4 mint leaves
34 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1 14 oz  gin

Method:
Muddle the cucumber and mint with simple syrup and lemon juice. Add gin, ice and start shaking. Pour over ice and garnish with mint or cucumber slice.

Ingredients:
1 oz clear tequila
splash of simple syrup
5 oz champagne

2 parts dark rum
2 parts vodka
top up orange juice
3 ice cubes
Method:

An upgrade to a classic shandy.
Ingredients:
2 parts rum
1/2 part lime juice
1/4 part ginger syrup
1 wheat beer
Method:
Combine rum, lime and ginger syrup in a pint glass. Slowly pour half of the beer into glass. Add ice and finishing pouring beer.

Ingredients:
1 part peach schnapps liqueur
3 parts white wine
fruit, chopped
splash of soda water
Method:
Mix schnapps liqueur and wine in a glass or a pitcher. Add ice and stir gently. Add fruit and top with soda water.
