The art of frosting a cookie is one of those things that looks much easier than it actually is. #QueenCityWknd talked with Tracy Watkins – the manager of Cosmic Cookie Bakery – to learn the tips and tricks of how to best frost a cookie!
- 6 tablespoons Meringue Powder
- 8 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup water (add more as needed)
Beat all the ingredients in a stand mixer until fluffy. Mix in food coloring to get desired color.
