Dessert humus is now a thing!
We know you’re probably thinking those two words do not go together.
But after a little investigation, our friends at Heartland Weekend discovered it’s actually delicious.
In fact, cookie dough hummus tastes just like cookie dough and you can eat it guilt free. This healthy cookie dough alternative is also super easy to make!
Cookie Dough Hummus
1 (15-oz) can garbanzo beans
½ cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp. honey (or agave)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1. Drain and rinse beans
2. Place all ingredients (except cholate chips) in a food processor & blend until smooth
3. Transfer “dough” to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
4. Dig in and enjoy! Store in fridge to chill for a treat later on through the week!
