Your Holiday Party Lifesaver: One Pan Jambalaya

Here's a great easy dish for when you need to bring something to the holiday table.

If you’re in a crunch for a holiday party, this easy dish might help you save some time. This one-pan creation is so easy you don’t even have to cook the rice! Just dump everything in a pan and forget about it. Watch the video and check out the recipe below:

Ingredients:

Uncooked Rice 2 Cups

Shrimp 1.5 Pounds

Andouille Sausage 1 Pound

Butter 1 Cup

Rotel tomatoes 1 Can

French Onion Soup 1 Can

Tomato Sauce 1 Can

Chopped Onions 1

Chopped Celery 2 Stalks

Chopped Bell Pepper .5

Saute seasonings in butter. Place in dish and add remaining ingredients. Add salt, pepper, and cajun seasonings. Cover dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. After the first 20 minutes in oven, stir and return to oven.
