Drake, 21 Savage rescheduling New Orleans ‘It’s All a Blur’ tour date to Sept. 20

NEW ORLEANS (NOLA WEEKEND) - New Orleans fans of Grammy Award-winning rapper Drake will have to wait just a little longer to see him take the stage in the Smoothie King Center.

New Orleans was originally the kickoff of the “It’s All a Blur” tour with 21 Savage on June 16, but an official release from the rapper now says that the date will be rescheduled for Sept. 20.

The New Orleans, Nashville, Houston, Dallas, Miami, and Atlanta dates, originally slated between June 16, 2023, and July 2, 2023, will be rescheduled to take place between September 14, 2023, and October 2, 2023. Full routing can be found below. Further details will be sent directly to ticket holders and all previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new dates.

Ticket information and presale information for the new dates can be found here.

Drake announced his long-awaited return to the stage with a 29-date arena tour starting with the New Orleans date in June and stops in other major cities, including Chicago, Boston, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and more before wrapping up in Glendale, Arizona on Sept. 5.

The upcoming “It’s All A Blur” tour marks Drake’s return to touring since headlining “Aubrey & the Three Migos Tour” in 2018.

According to a release, the tour’s title “sums up Drake’s sentiment of the unprecedented run” of his last decade as he gets ready to hit the road.

In the past five years, Drake has released four albums, including his most recent studio album “Her Loss” in collaboration with 21 Savage, which reached number one on the Billboard’s 200 chart and had all 16 songs debuted on Billboard’s Hot 100 list.

Tickets go on sale for the general public at noon on Friday, March 17 via drakerelated.com.
