NEW ORLEANS (NOLA WEEKEND) - Iconic New Orleans music venue Tipitina’s announced the return of its Free Friday Concert Series this summer from May 26 to Sept. 1.
The 15-week concert series will be free to the public, for ages 21 and older, and run every Friday night starting at 8 p.m. No tickets are required, and all shows are general admission.
The series kicks off on May 26 with progressive soul-funk band Water Seed and alternative pop singer LeTrainiump.
Other acts scheduled to perform during the concert series include the Brass-A-Holics, Naughty Professor, Daria & The Hip-Drops, The Quickening, Honey Island Swamp Band, Vegas Cola and others.
