Since their founding in 2014, the New Orleans-bred duo of cousins—Scott Arcenaux Jr. with the stage name $crim and Aristos Petrou known as Ruby da Cherry—has gained a cult following as a popular act in the underground rap scene.
This month, $uicideboy$ drops a four-part conceptual EP series, the “Yin Yang Tapes.” Each Friday in May, the duo unveils a new four-song EP named after one of the four seasons.
The pair has already released the first two parts, “Spring Season” and “Summer Season,” with the final two parts, “Fall Season” and “Winter Season” dropping on May 19 and May 26.
$uicideboy$ has also recently made their first appearance as a top-billed act at the 2023 Coachella Music Festival.
