According to a release, Kamara’s new cereal has a “honey-oat bunch profile.”

As a way to celebrate New Orleans’ culture, the cereal box design features Mardi Gras-inspired colors, a tribute to the French Quarter and fun facts about Kamara. The box also features a Kamara-themed word search on the back.

New Orleans Saints running back, Alvin Kamara, is launching his own breakfast cereal to raise money for charity.

“I’m very excited about creating my own cereal box,” Kamara said in an article posted by the New Orleans Saints. “I get to live out a childhood dream and help support the incredible work that the Children’s Bureau of New Orleans is doing to bring mental wellness resources to kids and families in the city.”

The cereal project was produced through a partnership with Kamara, Klutch Sports Group and PLB Sports and Entertainment. PLB Sports and Entertainment has also created cereal brands such as Patrick Mahomes’ Mahomes Magic Crunch, Doug Flutie’s Flutie Flakes.

A portion of the sales from the cereal will benefit the Children’s Bureau of Greater New Orleans, the release said.

Kamara’s cereal is available for purchase online as a two-pack for $29.99. The website also features other cereal bundles and an autographed collector’s edition box. PLB Sports & Entertainment says the cereal is also available locally at select Rouses Markets across Louisiana.

Recently, Kamara also sponsored a car in a NASCAR XFiniti series race and became co-owner of Central Business District juice bar the Big Squeezy.
