Fireworks and a free concert are two family-friendly events during the Bayou Country Superfest this Memorial Day weekend. Some of country music’s biggest stars are set to perform including headliner Geroge Strait.
A new feature of this year’s Bayou Country Superfest will be “A Salute to America,” a huge fireworks display over the Mississippi River on Friday night, May 25.

Woldenberg Park – 9 p.m.
On Saturday evening, the Smoothie King Center heats up with a free concert featuring Randy Houser, Michael Ray, Runaway June, Sheriff Bud Torres and Victory Belles. The concert was originally scheduled to take place at Champions Square. Organizers announced the move indoors on Thursday due to weather concerns.

On Sunday, George Strait, Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town, Kacey Musgraves, Midland are scheduled to perform at the Superdome with doors opening at 3 p.m.

While supplies last, tickets can be purchased online by visiting BayouCountrySuperfest.com, ticketmaster.com or by calling Ticketmaster at (800)745-3000 and at the Superdome Box Office.
Parking will be available for first-come-first-served purchase at the Champions Garage starting at 4 pm on May 26 for $20.
Parking will be available for first-come-first-served purchase for $20 starting at noon on May 27.
There is no overnight parking in the vehicle parking lots and vehicles may be towed if left in the lots overnight.
