Chip and Joanna Gaines set to open new hotel in 2021

Chip and Joanna Gaines know a thing or two about making something old, new again. In fact, they’re getting ready to take on one of their biggest fixer upper’s to date. The pair will renovate and open their very own hotel slated for 2021.

Stars of HGTV’s “Fixer Upper,” plan to renovate a 53,000 square foot building that formerly operated as a county office in downtown Waco, Texas.

The three-story hotel will be located close to the Magnolia Market and feature a ballroom, full restaurant, rooftop terrace and more. A name for the hotel has not been released but of course Joanna will design and decorate the space with her signature style.

Here’s the announcement released on Instagram:

From flipping houses on HGTV, a bakery, a home decor line and now a hotel, the dynamic duo are taking over Waco, Texas.

While we’re patiently (not so much) waiting for the hotel to open, keep up with the Gaines family here and get some serious home inspo in between time.
