Company Burger brings next-level turkey burger to French Quarter Fest

French Quarter Fest debuts some new food vendors this year when the free, four-day fest kicks off on April 12. Popular burger joint The Company Burger is among the new restaurants adding to the food lineup.

At the fest, The Company Burger will serve their signature “Company Burger,” along with their mouth-watering turkey burger and fries. Chef and owner Adam Biderman frankly lays it out straight: He says his turkey burger is the best he’s ever had in his life.

“And I’m not biased because I created it at all; I promise,” Biderman said.

Biderman says using only thigh meat is one of his big turkey burger secrets. In the video, Biderman reveals other tips that go into crafting a great turkey burger.

Festival-goers can enjoy food from more than 50 vendors offering delicious options. Other new restaurants at 2018 festival include: Café Beignet, Café Dauphine, The Daily Beet, Flamingo A-Go-Go, and SoBou. New drinks include Luzianne tea, French Market Coffee, Bubly and a variety of Abita beers.
