From multiple James Beard awards to a slate of Warehouse District restaurants, the highly-accomplished chef Donald Link is set to leave his mark on a new project: a new restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel.
While details about the new concept are still in development, Link’s new signature restaurant and bar is scheduled to open in October 2021.
According to the Four Seasons, the restaurant will sit on the hotel’s fifth floor, adjacent to a crescent-shaped infinity pool, and offer panoramic views of the Mississippi River.
“We are excited to announce this partnership with Chef Donald Link and his talented team, some of New Orleans’ most renowned restaurateurs,” said Mali Carow, Four Seasons Hotel general manager. “His incredible, award-winning food, combined with this rare riverfront location will make for one of the most prized dining experiences in the City.”

“Our team is thrilled to partner with Four Seasons, as we share many common values and a passionate commitment to rebuilding tourism in New Orleans,” says Link. “This new restaurant will be an exciting addition to the community, and to the unmatched culinary landscape of our City.”
Inspired by the Cajun and Southern cooking of his grandparents, Link has peppered the streets of the Warehouse District with a collection of award-winning restaurants over the course of the past two decades, including Herbsaint, Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Pêche Seafood Grill, La Boulangerie, Gianna, and his private event facility, Calcasieu.
The partnership with Link is the second announcement about the food and beverage program at the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans featuring a high-profile chef. In addition to this restaurant and bar, another signature restaurant is planned with James Beard-winning chef Alon Shaya, along with a poolside venue and in-room dining.
Set to open in the spring of 2021, the new Four Seasons is housed in a 34-story tower in the iconic riverfront World Trade Center and will also include 341 rooms and suites; wellness facilities including a full-service spa, fitness centre and outdoor pool deck; state-of-the-art event spaces for hosting meetings, conferences, weddings and other social occasions; and 92 Four Seasons Private Residences.
