Food & Wine Names New Orleans One of the ‘Best Food Cities in the World’

Food & Wine magazine releases its list of the “Best Food Cities in the World,” and New Orleans makes the cut.

Only 10 cities were chosen, and our dynamic food scene was listed as one of the best. We’re in good company too. Other cities that made the cut were Paris, Florence, London, Toronto, Tokyo, New York City, Hong Kong, Los Angeles and Charleston, S.C.

The revered monthly magazine with a food and wine focus polled more than 50 of their most trusted foodies including top chefs, food critics, writers and photographers. Some of the magazine’s favorite spots in New Orleans are Marjie’s Grill, Shank Charcuterie, Coquette, Turkey and the Wolf, Compere Lapin, Dooky Chase, Part & Parcel and Central Grocery.
