Served in a beaker, this is the perfect summer cocktail.
The Chemist in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is known for injecting scientific flair into everything they create.
Take the restaurant’s popular summer-style cocktail, the Flux Capacitor. Named after the component on the time-traveling DeLorean in Back To The Future, this bright red concoction mixes fresh fruit juices, mint, vodka, and elderflower liqueur to create a raspberry lemonade-flavored drink perfect for a day at the beach.
And of course, it’s served in a beaker.
Watch as The Southern Weekend’s Molly McKinney goes behind the bar with bartender Lucky Jollye to see how it’s made.
