Jazz Fest 2018: Early bird ticket deadline is Friday, April 6

Festival-goers looking for a good deal on Jazz Fest tickets better act fast. The $65 early-bird discount price on general admission tickets ends on Friday, April 6.

After April 6, advanced general admission ticket prices rise to $70. Ticket prices at the gate cost $80.

Jazz Fest organizers also introduced a new “Locals Thursday” deal this year, allowing Louisiana residents to purchase $50 tickets only on May 3.

For the first time, Louisiana residents who present valid identification at the gate can take advantage of the “Locals Thursday” deal. The $50 ticket price is available for up to two admissions per resident.

“Locals Thursday,” a longstanding Jazz Fest tradition, will feature headliner Lionel Richie this year.

Children’s tickets (ages 2 – 10) are still only $5 and are available at the gate only.

Aerosmith, Rod Stewart, Sting, Jimmy Buffett and his Acoustic Airmen, Jack White, Beck, David Byrne, Anita Baker, LL Cool J feat. DJ Z-Trip, Bonnie Raitt, Khalid, Sturgill Simpson, Jack Johnson, Sheryl Crow, Common, Cage the Elephant, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, The Revivalists, Steve Miller Band, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Smokey Robinson, Juanes, Lyle Lovett & His Large Band, Toots & The Maytals, Aaron Neville.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Smoothie King Center Box Office.  All general admission Jazz Fest tickets are subject to additional service fees and handling charges.
