Craving a taste of Mardi Gras? You are in luck, but you gotta act fast!
The popular king cake bakery Manny Randazzo’s on North Hullen Street in Metairie is now open with a brief sale of their Christmas king cakes.
Manny Randazzo’s announced its Christmas store hours to sell the holiday treat via its Facebook page.
The king cake bakery swaps out the traditional purple, green and gold Mardi Gras colors for red and green holiday colors.
The red and white iced cakes are available each year for a little over a week.
Quick! Get your Christmas king cake before they are all gone!
Randazzo’s is only open a few weeks a year, so those wanting a taste will need to act quickly before they shut down again to prep for Mardi Gras.
The bakery’s Christmas store hours are Dec. 13 to Dec. 23 (closed on Dec. 16). Randazzo’s opens at 8 a.m. and will remain open until 4 p.m. or when the king cakes are sold out.
During Carnival, the bakery will be open at 7 a.m. They will re-open January 3.
Overnight shipping is available for delivery dates Dec. 18 to Dec. 21. Customers can order Christmas king cakes online or by phone.
