Tons of vendors congregate for Hogs for the Cause every year.  With so much to see (and taste), it can be easy to miss some true greatness.

Frey Smoked Meat offered festival-goers a taste of their fantastic pork belly poppers, and the Mid City eatery was kind enough to share with Nola Weekend a quick how-to on preparing this delicious dish at home.
