New Trampoline Park Brings Flying Fun to Metairie

Fly to Metairie's newest attraction.

Jefferson Parish gets another trampoline park. Jump, climb, fall and fly at Metairie’s newest attraction, Surge Trampoline Park.

The new 33,000 square-foot space is filled with trampolines, padded log rolls, foam pits, rock walls, flying trapeze, a jousting battle beam and a spinning wipe out.

Jefferson Parish is set to host an official grand opening this Thursday, Aug. 10, but the indoor playground is already open to the public. So, parents have a new place to let their kids burn built-up energy.

The park also hosts overnight slumber parties, field trips, birthday parties and corporate team building events. It even has a college night which gives discounts to students with a school ID.

Parents with young children can take advantage of toddler time from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Admission to the park is $12.95 for the first hour and increases slightly the longer you jump. You can reserve your jump time online to ensure you have a spot when you arrive.

Surge Trampoline Park is located at 6930 Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Metairie, La.

Summer operating hours are Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Saturday from 9 a.m. to midnight, and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.
