Parades Rolling This Week: Feb. 7 – Feb. 11

Parade-goers will grab for Nyx purses, Muses shoes and other coveted Carnival throws this week.

We hit the peak of Carnival this week when some of the largest super krewes get ready to roll. Nearly three dozen parades span across New Orleans and its surrounding areas.

Parade-goers will grab for Nyx’s signature purses and coveted Muses’ shoes from the popular all-female krewes this week.

Friday kicks things off with the Krewe of Hermes and the mysterious Krewe d’Etat rolling Uptown while the Original Krewe of Orpheus rolls in Mandeville. Saturday brings out NOMTOC, one of the only two remaining West Bank parades, while super krewe Endymion rolls in Mid-City. On Sunday, super krewe Bacchus rolls Uptown while Jefferson Parish sees three parades rolling in Metairie, including the all-female Krewe of Pandora making its return this year.
