Select local movie theaters screen all best picture Oscar nominees for just $35

Some movie theatres across the country are helping movie buffs catch up on Pre-Academy Award film viewing. Regal Cinemas hosts a film festival to offer screenings of the year’s best films starting this month.

Three local theatres will host the Regal Best Picture Festival, featuring the nine Academy Award-nominated Best Pictures. The film festival will show screenings between Friday, Feb. 23 and Sunday, March 4. Festival passes cost $35 and will give you access to all nine films leading up to the big event.

The films nominated for this year’s Best Picture Oscar® are:

  • Call Me by Your Name (R)
  • Darkest Hour (PG-13)
  • Dunkirk (R)
  • Get Out (R)
  • Lady Bird (R)
  • Phantom Thread (R)
  • The Post (PG-13)
  • The Shape of Water (R)
  • Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (R)

Three local theaters are participating in the promotion – Cinebarre Canal Place 9, The Grand Esplanade 14 & GPX, Regal Covington Stadium 14.
