Trombone Shorty announces 5th annual Treme Threauxdown

Trombone Shorty has announced his 5th annual Treme Threauxdown at the historic Saenger Theater.

The show will be Saturday, April 27 during the opening weekend of the 2019 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue will welcome another stellar line-up special guests.

However, fans will have to wait for the lineup to be announced at a later date.

Previous guests have included Usher, Dierks Bentley, Andra Day, Nick Jonas, Wyclef Jean, Jon Batiste, Allen Toussaint, Juvenile, Dr. John, CeeLo, Ivan and Cyril Neville, Terence Blanchard, Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Dirty Dozen Brass Band.

Following the sellout of 2018’s Treme Threauxdown, Shorty launched a touring version of the show – called the Voodoo Threauxdown.
